EVERY WORKPLACE CAMPAIGN HELPS OPEN DOORS TO OPPORTUNITY.
Workplace campaigns build employees’ morale and loyalty and strengthen their culture of caring. They connect donors to a network of vetted, respected nonprofits. Workplace campaigns flow into our Community Campaign to create and fund solutions.
Workplace Benefits
By supporting our Community Campaign, workplaces show their committed to giving and volunteering. These commitments attract and retain employees and customers. A workplace campaign enhances the organization’s reputation and visibility by uniting our brands.
Employee Benefits
A workplace campaign serves our community and the organization’s employees. It contributes toward a safer, more prosperous place for them to live and grow professionally. Employees increase their morale, loyalty, and productivity when they unite together.
Usual Months
Most workplace campaigns occur between the months of September and December. Each organization decides when it works best for them to host their campaign. Then, our philanthropy representatives work with them to plan, run, and closeout the workplace campaign.
Average Length
Running a workplace campaign gives employees an opportunity to learn about and pledge support to United Way and other nonprofits. A campaign often occurs over one to two weeks. Our development team can offer factors for consideration when planning a workplace campaign.
ePledge
Our free, secure giving platform allows you to track employees’ pledges while their data and selections stay private. They can also opt for payroll deduction. ePledge reduces administrative time and costs.
Paper Pledges
Some people like filling out hardcopy forms instead of managing online accounts. For a paper pledge form, employees should ask their employee campaign coordinator (ECC). Once completed, they give it to the ECC to pass to us.
